Harry Potter

i tend to jump into things way after the craze has passed, this happened with Lord of the Rings...i was totally a hater till i saw the movie...of course it was already out on dvd at the time. so when i was on vacation my brother was reading the last harry potter book, and he couldn't put it down. now this is the same kid who never read anything...ever...i mean he doesn't even read the magazines he gets he just hangs up the pictures. So for him to actually be into a book shocked me. And not only that he's like telling me all these things that go on in the book and quoting different spells that people put on each other. which i was a bit concerned about considering my brother is 22...and this is the first series he has ever read, but at least he's reading right? So, i've decided to take my stab at harry potter, yes i realize it was written for 8 year olds, but i think the big reason as to why i'm going to read it is because if my brother who never picks up a book...was so engaged by harry potter that he forgot to torment my mother on vacation...it must be a book that is latent with crack because my brother never goes a minute without driving my poor mother crazy.
