It's been way too long

So, I haven't blogged in like freaking forever, one reason is because work has gotten pretty busy, which means i barely have enough time to check out my celebrity gossip pages before i have to make trips to my oh so favorite place ikea...or make phone calls to such places as Plumber's warehouse...yes my job is oh so glamorous! That being said, life is never dull in the L.A. or la la land as i like to call it.

Because my roommates and i are super cool and are always invited to the hippest parties in town...we found ourselves with so many choices on friday night that we actually decided not to go out at all....and in reality joy and i decided that pizza and sweatty pants sounded like a way better idea. So we all hung out and chatted endlessly...and when i say endlessly i mean at least a few hours on you guessed it...what we are going to be for halloween. Now, i thought we were going as disney princesses, but joy wants to go as superheroes, which of course dre doesn't want to go as. And that is where our discussion began. At one point Dre suggested we go as rock paper scissors...and i thought this was quite hilarious because how was i suppose to get a drink if i was scissors?

It's nights like those that i know i'm cool...that my twenties aren't being wasted on pizza and pop...and that bigger and better horizons exist for me.....
