i am almost done with 6 weeks of p90x...and while i can't really physically see any results i can definitely tell that i feel better and am getting stronger...however, i would really like to see a change. so far i have not lost one single pound...lame!
so i kinda figured that i should attempt to eat better...i know crazy right? so i'm going to try my best to input what i eat at livestrong.com...in the hopes that it will encourage me to stay on track and lose that weight that i've been trying to get off since i was like 18.
