black and brown

i did it....i wore brown sandals with a black sweater...i know i know i'm getting crazy...but i did it!  see i'm from the midwest...and in the midwest we match and we have rules about fashion...black and brown don't go together, which is why i always have to buy a pair of black shoes and brown shoes that are similar because you never know when you are going to need to wear one color or the other...which reminds me of something that i'll blog about later...

anyways in LA there are no rules...in fact the more you break the rules the cooler you look...which is why people always ask me where i'm from cause it's obvious by the way i dress that i am not from around here...but i just wore black and brown together...so who knows what might happen?!!!
