i had a realization today .... but first let me tell you how i came to my realization. the past week i have been lazy...i haven't gotten up to work out once...and because of that i haven't had time to get my morning coffee like i usually do...even last week when the rents were in town i had coffee...even though i didn't work out either..i know! so...i was at work yesterday afternoon and this massive headache started. I usually don't get headaches...and so i took some non-aspirin tylenol, i'm not sure if it did anything but needless to say the headache was still there when i woke up this morning, so i took 2 advil and here i am at work and the headache is still there. as i was driving to work i realized 1 of 2 things could be happening. I either am dying of some bizarre brain problem..and yes that's the medical term for it....or...OR...i could have caffeine withdrawal?!!! omg am i addicted to coffee????
