so i'm doing the livestrong and i calculate all my calories for the day yada yada...and then there is this little pie chart that tells you what percentage of your diet is carbs, fat and protein. now, here's what i don't get...i'm eating pretty darn healthy...like cucumbers, apples, half a turkey and avacado sandwich with NO cheese...lean turkey for dinner...etc and my little pie chart says that half of what i'm eating is fat...what the frack?!
so...does this mean that before i started calculating my calories EVERYTHING i ate was fat???
and if so how am i not 500lbs??
i've concluded that clearly this pie chart is wrong...and that's how i feel about that.
