i'm getting nervous...i've seen 2 accidents happen in the past 2 weeks....they're happening all around me, the one that happened this morning i saw before it even happened, i wanted to like honk my horn and tell the driver not to turn or tell the other driver to stop, but i don't think that would have made a difference...thankfully it appeared that no one was hurt, it was on a side street...but jeepers people...slow the eff down!
also..on a related note...should i stop when i see this happen? i mean i was like 3 cars back, but i still saw it?

um, if you could tell someone was at fault for the accident, you could. OR you could later call the police department and be like, I saw it if you need a statement. Really for a fender-bender, I wouldn't but if you noticed that someone did something wrong... then maybe.
