speaking of

speaking of croissants...i made them yesterday...it took 8 hours to do. no lies.  and they turned out a bit strange apparently i am unaware what the base of a triangle is...give me a break i took geometry like .....forever ago...in fact i just had to google how to spell geometry...it looked weird.  anyways...they were delicious...but for all that work, i'd say just find a good bakery and buy them there, it's really worth it...not that i won't make them again, cause i might if i happen to have nothing to do for 8 hours someday and feel like making a gigantic mess....then maybe i'll do it again :)
