Dreams
I have k-razy dreams, in fact I remember my dreams almost every night. I think remembering dreams is a bit hereditary considering my mother can always remember her dreams. The other night I dreamed that my mother was pregnant with a baby, but this is an impossibility considering she can't have any more children, but that was not a problem in my dream because she was giving birth to a gigantic blue egg. But she had the egg around her belly like one of those baby back pack type things. I told her I was shocked that she was having a baby and didn't tell me. Then, she told me she was going to name the baby Jess or Nikki. I told her I didn't like either of the names, so she named the baby, or egg I should say, Nico. And last night I dreamed that I was at a basketball game, but all the bleachers made you lay on your back, making it impossible to see the game, and of course there was a huge tree right in front of me and i was squashed between two people i use to go to high school with, both of whom were not my friends then and aren't my friends now. So, my question is, why do i dream all these weird things. One time, on my way home from a church retreat my friends and i stopped to get lunch in a small town and we happened upon this book store. I found a book about dreams and began reading, then the bizarre woman who owned the store asked about my dream I had had, which was about outter space, two white tigers fighting, and my family trying to dock a space station, and she told me that I had a lot of angst in my life. It's hard for me to believe that my dreams mean something in my regular life because well, why would my mother be giving birth to a gigantic Easter egg? Alas, I have come to no conclusion, and quite honestly if my dreams do mean something I don't want to know because honestly, I don't think i want someone psycho analyzing my dream in which i couldn't figure out how to dock the space station because of the oxygen flow between the shuttle and the station, but that's for another time....and place ;)
