Montezuma's revenge

I've heard lots of stories of people who have had montezuma's revenge, and quite honestly I didn't know what it was...until last night at 3:56am. I had a bit of a stomach ache that woke me up, and I couldn't fall back to sleep, but then it got worse.....much worse. It felt like my stomach was being squeezed in a vice and the only thing that made me feel beter was letting out the biggest toots ever. I went to the bathroom, thinking that I had to vomit, but no....it wasn't vomit time...it was well....Montezuma's revenge. I have never in my life gone to the bathroom for so long and had nothing to show for it. Needless to say I didn't go to work today...I didn't think it would be wise to venture out in such conditions...I mean talk about having swamp ass....

Oh Maria! I can sympathize! I've had that blasted experience twice in my life now. Once after drinking bad water up in the Boundary Waters area, and recently this last February.
I was so dehydrated when I went to my physical therapy appt that I couldn't cancel, I had to lay on the floor for 2 hours after it because every time I stood up to walk, I'd get lightheaded and almost faint! Not to mention it was during a horrible snowstorm and no taxis were running! I was so miserable when I called my mom while I was lying on the wet floor between the two sets of sliding doors of a Walgreens she thought I was actually dying!
Ugh. You were smart to stay home. Hope you're feeling better now!

EVENTUALLY EVERYTHING IN LIFE BECOMES A FUNNY STORY
