Swallowing Spit

I have this weird habit of accidentally breathing my spit while trying to swallow it at the same time...yes I don't know if anyone else has this problem but then i begin to start hacking and people wonder if i'm choking and i'm like no i just breathed spit...which is a stupid reason, but then my body is stupid. So one day this happened while i was driving, but it was like a serious breathing spit episode and i start to cough so much that my vision was getting clouded and i couldn't breathe....i thought i was going to pass out in the car...but thankfully, i managed to stop at the red light...cough till my chest hurt and narrowly missed puking on myself :)
